Shipping
All products will be shipped by USPS. All Orders will be shipped within a week of the order date depending on products in stock. If the products are not in stock, you will receive your order directly from the Manufacturer within a week of your order.
Returns
Wahmies, DryBees, and Rocky Mountain Diapers pride themselves in good customer satisfaction. If you feel your diaper has a defective please contact me immediately. Every defective product needs to be returned before exchanges can be made. A shipping label will be sent to you and you will have 10 days to drop it into the mail or your case will be closed and the postage will be invalid. It is necessary to obtain every defective product deemed defective in an effort to contiue to improve the Wahmies and DryBees product lines. Products that have not been washed and are in the same condition as they were sent to you will only be accepted for return for store credit only or exchange. For returns only, you will be responsible for shipping charges. We are a small business and all sales go into purchasing new products.
